Exactly what is InBev trying to do?

There is a difference between answering to shareholders who are only interested in how much profit they can make no matter what it costs, even if it means dismantling the company and selling it off in disposable pieces, and people who start or work for a business to make a decent living but care about the product they are producing and how their customers respond to it. Some people are perfectly happy making a good living and providing for their family making an excellent product without worrying how some financial investor feels about their profit margin.
