Exception LIF/aka Brad gets beer...

Brad, I popped open the Funk Nation yesterday.... I didn't know what to expect, but thank you for sending it. I enjoyed it a lot! I shared it with a buddy who hasn't tried any craft at all, and he really liked it too.

 

That would be Funk Metal. C'mon Brian, get your shit together . Glad to hear you enjoyed it, I always like getting updates so I know for future reference. I enjoyed it myself but I haven't had too many sour stouts so I didn't have much to compare it with. That's surprising yet awesome that your buddy who isn't into craft beer enjoyed it.

He said the only reference to dar beers he has is Newcastle and Guinness(He hates Guinness)... But I showed him my garage and "Cellar", his jaw dropped, and then I told him about trading and how I came up on this wonderful little box that was next to my fridge (Yours)... We went back in to my house and he instantly had a how cool is this shit look on his face. I may have just gained my first converted BA! Score one.

but back on point... I havent had any sour stouts to compare either. I love sours, but they are typically much lighter.

 

Boxes are out, this includes you gpawned. BTW Josh, I hope my box is adequate. It would have been much easier if you sent me locals and haven't tried almost every beer in my cellar.

haha define Frustrating! If this whole situation is frustrating, I always want to be up to my eyes with frustration!

 

In this situation, as with most trades with me, frustrating is defined as trying to put together a box that your recipient will be very excited to get. When I'm dealing with someone (name will remain anonymous ) who has had almost every beer I own and I have a hard time hitting wants that is frustrating. Especially when trying to match something other then off the shelf stuff.

 

Well good sir, I think you deserved this frustration! From what I can gather, and what I have since learned myself... you are one frustrating dude! haha
