    @GabrielEVH thank for the words. On the carbonation thing. We were using the classic method of testing carb with a Zahm and Nagel which most breweries use. We invested (heavily) in an Anton Parr C-box which is far more accurate. So we have really nailed down the carb on all our beers.

    Excited to see their take on the Brut IPA. Been wanting to try more of the style and want to see the better local breweries take on the challenge. Hopefully it hangs around for a few days.

    Not sure the style is my favorite but I haven't sampled much. But their take is pretty tasty.

    Drinking a Leitmotif Opus 11 Passionfruit Gose right now. Excellent...and no effing lactose, thankfully.
