I got 1 for ya, man. It's all I got but I'm not a huge fan of the beer. Would rather have another parabola.

 

I wasn't to impressed with it fresh and wonder what it would be like with some age on it.

Not a problem, I remember liking Parabola more than last time I had it.

 

I would take you up on that, once my parabolas come in. I have a friend who... invests for me in CA. DDBA and Velvet Merkin are being added to the collection soon! Everything I've had from Cascade and New Glarus has being outstanding.

Ironic, I thought Parabola was gonna be one of my new favs... I didn't care for it (I'm told I had it too fresh...shoulda sat on it for a year+)

I was told I'd hate Sucaba so I never bothered trading for it - Turns out it's close to Numb Comfort just a lil more hoppy, I guess I like sweeter BBA Barleywines?

 

Never thought of Sucaba as hoppy.

 

IMO Parabola doesn't need to be aged at all. It's great fresh and that's how I prefer it but I have friends who prefer it aged.

 

I've offered Parabola and Sucaba for next to nothing multiple times. I think I even offered to give it away at one point?

 

If you're giving away Sucaba, I've got open arms.

Parabola and Sucaba are very easy to obtain via trade. It's still on shelves in several places throughout the country. I'm sure you could possibly snag some by offering good locals or some of the 20+ CoF some of you bought. I know that I've traded off a good bit of Parabola / Sucaba for good beers I can't get in Austin (including Karbach FUN)

 

Definitely. Don't let the 100 rating scare you. I'm sure some Karbach could land you some Parabola or Sucaba, especially the FUN series.

Austin was way more fortunate when it came to those two. I've given away Parabola for free and as extras in trade.

 

Count me as one who would be willing to trade a Karbach 006 or 005 for a Parabola.
