Expected releases in August

Saw a few cases of Sumpin Wild at HEB Bunkerhill if anyone is looking for it. I hadn't seen it in Houston yet until now. I don't think we got sixers last year, just bombers, but could be wrong.

@ext1rpate Farkin Wheaton W00t Stout is shipping today form the brewery so I would start asking around later this week or early next week.

This is the response I got for the Stone collabs. At least w00t stout got through the TABC. R&R's another story...

 

R&R has already received label approval.

 

Take it for what it's worth, but everyone I've talked to today said we wont even see DDBA (I'm assuming they are just talking about Austin).

Same folks did tell me that Parabola and Sucaba will be hitting tomorrow.

 

When is Pumking going to hit Houston?

 

I'd assume the Barrel stuff will be hitting Houston only this go round. Kind of like when DFW and Austin first got it.

 

I'd definitely be interested in Sucaba, wasn't able to get any in the initial Austin roll out. Here's hoping it makes it here as well...

 

Almost certain we didnt get Wild in sixers. Glad to hear its back

 

The release party is Wed, IIRC from what the bartender said today. They currently have 4 FW's on tap IPA, Solace, DBA and Union Jack.

 

hay merchant, nobi and FS' has the regular FSW beers on tap today. WFM Katy has David Walker coming out tomorrow, Specs Downtown has David Walker coming out Wednesday from 415-515, then FS Downtown after.

I know Hay Merchant has a case of Parabola, but they are cellaring it for later release. WFM Katy and Specs Downtown should be releasing bottles at their respective events.

 

Let me guess, they are going to release it with the KBS at their 2nd Anniversary party.

 

I've heard rumors of the KBS dropping fairly soon.

KBS? Thats old hype. We houstonians only thrive on new hype.

 

Yep. It'll be before their next anniversary party, and from what I understand, they won't announce anything before it goes on.

 

Keep in mind that cases of FSW limited beers are normally 6 to a case IIRC

 

Coconut IPA is all over Boston.

 

Sixers were very limited last year. The bombers were far better supplied.
