    Yeah I was about to say... I spotted some at CM last time I went and the date code indicated that it was bottled in Jan/Feb I think.

    Just cracked a SS Valkerie, and it taste damn hoppy to me. I can't recall proam2012, but I'd say this is much better than the first batch Valkerie. It could also be value skewed opinion as this was much more affordable than the bottle.

    Really? No accounting for taste, I guess. I don't see why people were chasing or hyping GoT. :confused: Having one now and it isn't even a tasty stout, IMO. Not anywhere close to being in the ballpark of Parabola. Light years behind. Having difficulty getting through the first glass and I don't see how I can finish the rest of the bottle.

    Really good. Complex, layered flavors of malt, caramel, vanilla, toffee...so good. 10 cases for Austin made me sad.
