Extra digit on date code

    I have a bottle of Lagunitas Hairy Eyeball with the julian date of:

    316 4 2

    0213 0258

    Is it 2014 or 2012?

    2014 (316th day). The 2 denotes which brewery produced it. I believe 2 is for Chicago. 1 is for Petaluma I think. Someone can correct me if this is incorrect. That second line is batch information.
