    I go with something I haven't tried from a brewery I like or have been wanting to check out, if that fails I go with an interesting IPA I haven't tried, and if neither of those are options...

    Which happens quite often. I've probably ordered more Two-Hearted at the bar than any other beer. Except when the place down the street had Great Lakes Lake Erie Monster for $5 a pint and I just repeatedly ordered that every time I went in without even looking at anything else.

    When I visit the neighborhood packy it's typically on my way home from work so I'm at my leisure, which is good because it usually takes me more time than I think it will to figure out what I'm buying.

    At the bar, however, I'm always with a pal who doesn't want to wait around while I turn every option over slowly in my slow mind, so when I can't make up my mind within twenty seconds I'll just go with a Fullers London Pride. And I'm never regretful about it. A solidly reliable beer is a great thing.

    Tried and true for me. I get panicky if I take too long deciding so I give up and have something I know I love. Then I contemplate what to drink next during the first pint.

    Here in West PA we see a lot of Head Hunter on tap, just wish some neighborhood bars would stop serving it at Bud temps.
