Fair state hasn't let any of their hefe float down to red wing yet and I would like some to take on a trip. Can anyone tell me any liquor store from Hastings to apple valley that would carry them.

Cellars in Eagan has their IPA - $4.99/bomber.

Personally, I'm sure there are reasons but they are missing the boat by not canning their IPA. Especially with Sue about to enter the market. I'd take FS's IPA any day over Sue... but not in a bomber. Bombers are d-e-a-d to me!

Is Sue going to be canned?? I really haven't followed the move to MN that closely. I will say 4 pack bottles have been 8-9$ in north Iowa since they started contracting out of Florida, so a 5$ bomber of Fair State isn't far off the price point..unless you hate the format

Sue from Florida is canned (or so I've read here), and that is likely what will be distributed into MN. Fair State Hefe is canned.

It's never been canned yet. There are plans for it, but has not happened as of yet.

That's what I thought...I know the bottles I brought back the last 2 months were from Florida

Yeah, I know. But it does mean they have the ability to can... perhaps this gives some hope...

I agree...it's unfortunate that both ipa and pahlay have both been in that format

Yeah I'll take the bombers since that's all I can get... just don't like the format. Inconvenient for MN summers, and drinking alone!

I've had 2 bottles of Pahlay, same shelf, same store, 2 days apart. One was almost better than Sue imo. The other was a malty mess. Anybody else experienced big bottle variation?

Yes, I had a second bottle over the weekend that wasn't nearly as good as the first. Purchased in different locations.
