There is nothing that won't be knocked off if there is money to be made and little enforcement. For example, I would never buy anything Nikon except from a reputable dealer. Safe bet that some low price online retailers and auction sites will be dominated with knockoffs which have identical markings and packaging as compared to the real thing.

I heard of one case where an employee at the top flash drive manufacturing plant came in off-hours, fired up the line, and made thousands of flash drives that were identical looking, but used reject chips, and had the same serial/sequence number. These were sold through major online retailers that had no clue - and no way to tell. It was only discovered when faulty drives turned up with duplicate numbers.

In the case of the Fudwiser, I wonder where they got the cans? Did they copy the artwork and have them printed, or did they get access to the line making the real cans?

If you are sitting on any of these, hurry up and offload them on the trade forums as I heard a rumor this batch is infected with nail fungus and blister juice.

If the cans are produced there also there's a good chance they'll leak..

In other news, struggling craft breweries start to off-shore in China citing beneficial labor costs and innovative canning lines....
