Fake Jackie O's in Fedricksburg VA

    There is a Bistro/bar using our logo opening in the Westwood Shopping Center in Fredericksburg VA. We are working towards them no longer using our logo. The establishment is called Jackie's or Jackie O's (changes from craigslist to property listings) bistro and bar. I want to be clear that there is not a satellite brewpub or retail/on premise Jackie O's pub and brewery location opening in your area. The business owners don't seem to understand that using our logo is wrong.

    Please expand to VA? I'm a fan and would support your place in VA!

    Good catch! While we're on the subject @beace , how about some VA distro? Have heard a ton of good stuff about Jackie O's and would love to verify that!

    Sources have told us that a new sign is being put up today. Hope to get back RVA this summer and brew at the Answer. Brandon is coming to Athens late April to brew a collaborative DIPA!

    Seriously, Grand Larceny was the biggest tease dropped in the capital city so far this year. RVA needs growler fills of this tasty little jam ASAFP.

    @beace if it helps I saw that photo on facebook and thought you were opening a place in VA. That's consumer confusion right there and you should have a solid case
