The Oktoberfestbier (Wiesn). I've only seen the amber version in 6 pack bottles.

I'll be on the lookout -- but I have to ask, did you check the dates?

It seems like Hofbrau tends to be the last of the Bavarian imports almost every year anymore, I haven't got a glimpse of it anywhere down here yet. Have also yet to see Spaten, which is no great loss in my personal opinion.

Finally saw Firestone Walker, Breckinridge, and Founders around the town over the previous weekend.

To add to sightings -- saw Left Hand and Surly today, as well.

Yeah, well... I saw a lot of labels that sported gourds on 'em, but I just keep walking.

And this is supposed to make me feel better?

Seriously though, where? I need to add the Marzen to my seasonal collection.

    How about Spaten?

I’ve gotten both in 12 packs this year 3/22 dating. I’ve only gotten spaten Oktoberfest in a 24 pack variety dated 5/22. I also seen tucher 4 packs on Facebook I’ll try to hunt down. I’m still waiting on weihenstephaner and ayinger

Brooklyn Oktoberfest just showed up couple days ago..picked up a sixer and it's down right delicious! This is what got me into craft beer so it's nostalgia in a glass!

Those are the thoughts I had with the Lakefront Okto I had today -- not spot-on to style, but really reminded me of drinking micros back in the early '90s.

It's funny, because the Lakefront has only a touch of caramel malt, not like the sweet bombs so many Ami Oktos have these days. Much more smooth and rich than this year's SN Okto, too.

They do have a beer finder (link below) but I’m not sure how accurate it is. I searched for it locally on the finder and it doesn’t show up but it is down the street from me. Maybe it just takes some time to update…?

Still nothing from Germany here on my piece of the west coast, nor even the FW Oaktoberfest within 50 miles at least.
