    I would think that Vinnie from RR Jean-Pierre Van Roy from Cantillion, and Ken Grossman would have to be on anybody's list.

    Steven Pauwels from Boulevard, Doug Odell and Adam Avery would be on my list as well.. but that's just mine.

    I think the beer nerds are what stirred up a shit load of hype. Shaun just makes great beer.

    This is a pretty vague thread title. Are we looking for people currently brewing or historically? Brewers or owners? Brewers turned owners? United States only? There are many lists in this thread, think we should specify what we are looking for.

    An illustrator in Portland created this set of 12 "Craft Beer Cards" last year: http://craftbeercards.com/
    So it's been done... though I'm not sure how "famous" any of these brewers are outside of the Northwest :wink:
