Fan cooling

I recently got a glass cabinet and decided to use it for storing beer in the house that I intend to drink.
It´s located in a windowless storage room. I use a proper cellar for longer term storage but it´s not as convenient to get to.

At the moment the temperature is fine but I´m anticipating problems once summer comes round again.
As it´s quite small, I was wondering if I could just use some PC fan or water coolers with a small radiator to keep things under control. Ideally I´d also put in some kind of temp. trigger so it isn´t running 24/7.

Has anyone done anything similar or have any advice?
