Honestly, you could just do an Alpine takeover, and I'd be happy with that. If only they put together a better Imperial Stout.

I would hate on you, but you threw V@S on there. Can't go wrong there. Haven't had abrasive, being from SD, but sure has a reputation.

I've never had that but it looks interesting. I feel that craft beer bars should at least offer 1 BMC tap for the non-craft drinkers (or anyone scared of the prices of the other beers). It could even be a craft light beer as long as its relatively cheap.

I can understand that, esp in Milwaukee. SC is great, a cream ale, but seems to be brewed with Belgian yeast.

I'm going to limit this list to two factors:
    • Things I have drunk. I can theoretically put down 6 Hill Farmstead beers, but since all I have is rumors to suggest they are the greatest thing since sliced bread, it wouldn't be fair to list them.
    • A drinkable variety. I could also list my six "dream beers," but frankly, I don't want to drink DIPAs and Imperial Stouts every day. Sometimes I want drinkable session beers too. So, here goes:
    1. Goose Island Bourbon County Coffee Stout. This beer borders on perfection for me, and I could easily have a few ounces of this before bed and be a happy, happy boy. Every sip is a new discovery of taste.
    2. Stone Ruination IPA. I've recently been impressed by the floral explosion of Lagunitas Sucks, but if I'm committing to a DIPA, it's gotta be the hoptastic Ruination.
    3. Founders Imperial Stout. So drinkable, so flavorful.
    4. Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro. A) I love Nitro beers - any beer that's fun to drink AND to watch scores points in my book. B) It may not be the most complex of beers out there, but there is nary a time that this beer fails to hit the spot.
    5. Terrapin Rye Pale Ale. I have probably had Rye beers I like better (though not by much), but I'm a Georgia boy at heart. Gotta support my brethren.
    6. Founders Harvest Ale. Wet-hopping doesn't get much better than this, I don't think. And this beer is SO FREAKING DRINKABLE.
Ok, I'm sort of missing the point of the back-up kegs... if I have unlimited resources, why do I have back-up kegs, and not just unlimited supplies of the six beers on tap?
    Bottles...
    1. Lagunitas Sucks. Ok, I snuck it in. Fresh as all get out in the bottle.
    2. Sixpoint 3Beans. See how I gave some love for my GA brethren? Well, I'm a Bklyn boy now, and after a couple of cans, 3Beans is my favorite Sixpoint release. Let it warm up a little, and the chocolate just explodes in the nose and on the palate.
