1. I will commision Ommegang to make an Authentic Duvel Rustica on tap that is more like real duvel in belgium!
2. I will commision Dogfish head to suprise me with a themed appropriate ale for the space.
3. A recreated steinbier will be commisioned from Russian River.
4. The lost abbey duck duck gouze on tap ( hah!)
5. Heady topper IPA
6. Deschutes most rare reserved black butte on tap not normally released to the public.
