What do I do with this weird bird?

Hit it up now or throw it downstairs?

I've read the reviews and it sounds like the flavors are all over the place, as I guess you could expect from a christmas saison.

I don't have much experience with that one but it is definitely the most accessible Fantome I have seen around here, seems like that one is everywhere. Grab one more and do both.

That's a really tough call. I hate to be "that guy", but I'd drink one now and then get another one to cellar if you like it. Also, each bottle may vary a little bit as time goes by. I've had good experiences with fresh and slightly aged Noel, but I don't have notes to share. Fail.

It's Fantome, infamously inconsistent bottle to bottle. Could be glory, could be mediocrity.

I had one around Xmas and really really enjoyed it. I subsequently picked up another one that is sitting in my cellar for next year, no clue as to how it will age though.

Drink it now if you have never had it.
