I'm hosting an 11 bottle Fantome tasting party tomorrow. I've been intrigued by this brewery but have only had two of these beers (Hiver and Pissenlit). Since I haven't had most of them, I'm having trouble deciding what order to try them in. Any thoughts?

    Noel

    La Dalmatienne (light)

    Chocolat

are you serving anything with them? cheese? apples, grapes? TBH I just go from lower abv to higher. Unless you have some reason to mix it up? sweet to dry, light to dark? I just be happy to get all those here frankly.

    for sure Noel last.
