I was wondering if anyone would be interested in setting up a fantome tasting sometime in the near future. I have Sante 14, 15, 16, saint roch, printemps, pissenlit, hiver, noel '09, 10, and extra sour available. Let me know where and when we could set this one up
Theres definitely at least a few others that I've seen around. Id also be interested in the same beers different bottles to see how much they vary. Or different vintages of the ones that are released annually. Anyone have a saison d'ereze'e- 'Ete'? This is a huge want
Is their regular saison on that list as well? I have one of those from a year ago and might be interested in joining...
I do have one of those, but as long as some other people pitched some other hard to find fantomes in that would be cool
I've not been able to get my hands on an Extra Sour and really want to taste it. I'm in Los Angeles and I have at least 15 other bottles of Fantome that I would contribute to a tasting if we had at least 12 people and maybe someone else could also contribure a few rare bottles. Thoughts? (I could do it no sooner than November 1) If we can put together something I'm happy to list the bottles via beer mail.
Sounds good to me. Just after the new year might work best.... Where would we do the tasting, though?
