    Great beer. Make sure to not dump the sediment. Its an amazingly crystal clear beer (and delicious) and then looks and tastes like a retention pond if you dump in the dregs.

    Working out some details....and getting a ton more Fantome. I have about 12 bottles of different things, some more common and some near extinct. I'll post up here soon with the details.

    If you plan to attend, please post up here or send a message to me. Include what fantome you plan on bringing and how many, etc. I am still working out some details for the location and this is necessary information.

    I don't know about anyone else, but I'll be free for the following 2 weekends (after the 23rd), but after that I probably won't have a weekend off for awhile.

    I'm probably out. Had a unit at the refinery go down a few hours ago....was really looking forward to this too.

    Just passing through out of curiosity. We can't get Fantome beers in Australia and I am right green with envy. I've only tried the Saison d'Hiver and that was really good. Enjoy!
