Thanks for this post. I happened to find myself in the area this weekend, so we stopped by with a large group on Saturday evening. There were four beers on tap: a ~3.5% pils, pale, IPA, and saison. All were good to very good. The (I believe) brewmaster mentioned plans to can the pils and sell it at macro prices. Not sure about when or if other beers will be packaged.

The place had a beer hall kind of vibe with a nice wooden horseshoe bar, two TVs playing football, and a couple dart boards. The folks were friendly and gave us a sample of their meat and cheese plate, which featured locally sourced cheese and cured meats. We brought some additional food in from nearby places as well. There are future plans for food trucks.

Recommended. If you do make it out soon, be aware that it doesn't show up on google maps yet, and the place marker on their facebook page is a bit misleading. If I remember correctly, the tasting room is just west of I-5 on Stewart.
