Thanks, but that is what this site is about no? opinions on beers. But thats for taking the time to post a dickish response to mine. If you think Yuengling is a good beer you should head to the barber and get your totally hip neck beard trimmed up.

If we're strictly talking lagers, Brooklyn pretty much rules the roost. JA Lashes and CS Swagger are definitely worth checking out as well.

Sounds like you might also be interested in Irish Reds, though there are even fewer standouts in that style.

Do you also use that line when in bars in PA?

I wasn't trying to upset you. OP asked for lagers. None of the three beers you listed were lagers, and then you criticized others' choices and claimed Yuengling wasn't an amber lager... which it is... adjuncts and all.

I'm a fan of this style and used to drink it a lot. A little less these days but I still get in the mood for one [or a few] from time to time and pick something up (like I did last night, Neshaminy Creek's Churchville Lager, my first time having it, good stuff!).

Thank you for your generous offer. My wife has family on Long Island and I have had Toasted Lager on draft during my regular visits to Long Island. It is an OK beer; very much reminds me of Yuengling Lager.

    Cheers!

I thought SN Flipside was pretty awesome. I also like Bell's Amber and, if we're including ALL of North America, Trois Pistoles is my absolute favorite (it's called an amber ale on lees although I think it is technically a Belgian Strong Dark Ale).
