That BA Flora Rustica had a ton of herbal qualities.

    For me:
    1) Southampton Peconic County Reserve Ale (by far the best)
    2) Mimosa
    3) Ann/Flora
    4) Civil Disobedience #4
    5) Art

Another vote for Love Buzz. It's the pinnacle in my opinion.

Of course, that's an opinion formed without having had anything from Hill Farmstead, so there you have it.

To me West Ashley and Mimosa are more of an American Wild Ale, not strictly a BA Saison. What do you guys think?

I don't recall having a BA saison. Seems most BAs are having the same trouble.

There are plenty of BAs that would call this a victory that there's a style that hasn't been overrun by the barrel-aged craze.

Actually, I've had Surette a few times but didn't realize it was barrel-aged.

I'm not positive it was barrel aged but Fantome Sante 15 is probably the best Saison I've ever had and we both thought there were white wine notes when we tried it.

Love buzz is so unique and complex.

I dont remember if grassroots Bro Sigone is barrel aged, but its my favorite saison that I have drank.
