For me...20 West Wine in Lombard, IL!
Oh just too close to call but I think Holiday Market in Royal Oak, MI just edges out Champanes in Warren, MI for me. Might pay about a $1 more on a 6pk at Holiday but definitely find more in stock there.
Beer World in Ortonville. ive known them for years and their selection is getting pretty good. we trade beers occasionally and they always save stuff for me and let me know when good stuff comes in. Orion Keg and Wine is great too. they shoot me a text when the good stuff comes in. i also have to mention Pine Knob Wine Shoppe, pricey but they great selection. they sold me a lot of KBS this year compared to other stores. ok i know thats 3 places but oh well.
Parti Pak in south Indy is my current go-to. Other shout outs go to Liquor Cabinet in St Joe and to BevCo, Bayside Market, Burritts, and Tilley's in Traverse City. All have proven to be great places.
http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/30735/view=beerfly American Dream Market in Algonac Michigan. Definitely off the "beaten path", always has a nice supply of great beer, the prices are good and the owner there Jacob sure knows a lot about craft beer. lol
I'm stick to a strict "don't ask. don't tell" policy. But I do most of my shopping in the ISO:FT section. I use Kuhnhenn as bait. I usually sit back with a glass of wine at Cloverleaf and do my shopping there.
