Favorite beers for extended aging

    What are your favorite beers for extended aging, and how old were they when you tasted them?
    I've personally had a ton of success aging Hair of the Dog Adam for as much as 16 years. That batch 6er was delicious!

    Bonus points if it's not a gueuze, but let's hear those too.

    Ommegang Three Philosophers '03 in 2010
    Samuel Adams Chocolate Bock '04 in 2010 (still have one bottle left)
    Samuel Adams Chocolate Bock '08 in 2011 (still have one left)
    Great Divide Yeti '08 in 2012 (still have one left)
    Brooklyn BCS '04 in 2011

    Pannepot! Time is kind to this one, oh so kind. (Also apparently my bottles of earthmonk are going to magically carbonate in the bottle after a few years, I'm skeptical but keeping my fingers crossed)
