Favorite Beers in the 5%(+/-) range

    War Bird in cans from Pipeworks. This packs a lot of flavor and has an abv under 5.

    In recent memory. Would purchase any of them again, especially DBA (its a staple in my fridge)

    • Firestone Walker DBA (English Pale)
    • Firestone Walker Sour Opal (Wild Ale)
    • Pizza Port Pick Six (Pilsner)
    • Prairie Standard (Saison)
    • Modern Times Black House (Oatmeal Stout)

    Smuttynose Vunderbar - 4.9% on bottle
    New Glarus Yokel - 4.2%

    Just recent and some are standard line up

    Among others, New Holland's The Poet (Oatmeal Stout) is very good at only 5.2%

    These are the local favorites that have dominated the hot Texas summer

    It's the best beer a few hours before work. Little buzz and huge flavor. Tons of rye too. I love it. Haven't had a better rye although green flash road warrior is good too (stronger abv though)

    Lost Nation Gose and Mosaic, anything by Notch, Jack's Abby Jabby Brau and Copper Legend, Rising Tide Maine Island Trail Ale, Bissell Bros Baby Genius, Night Shift Whirlpool, Allagash House Beer, Weihenstephaner Helles, Firestone Walker Pivo...hell, turns out a lot of my overall favorite beers are pretty low-alcohol.
