    I don't know if anyone used to drink "Haffenreffer's Private Stock Malt Liquor" but when I was in High School in the early 80's we used to get the 16oz bottles and the bottle caps had rebus writing, just like the old "Concentration Game" on tv. I have fond memories of sitting on the beach drinking beer trying to decipher what was on the inside of the bottle cap.

    I've only had zombie dust so I'm not sure if 3floyds has the same cap for all their beers but that cap is very nice to look at.
    Also gotta love the hoptimum and hopslam caps

    One of my favorites is from a brewery that is now closed (8-10 years ago?), Charleston Brewing Company, South Carolina. I can't find my cap to take a pic to add it here, but this link to Untapped below has a graphic in the upper left corner of a flying goose that was on the bottle caps from this brewery. https://untappd.com/brewery/8077

    Not my favorite, but I do lliike the new beer camp 12 pack caps. They are sparkly, like a new car finish or something. Very cool.

    Good caps listed in previous posts. Some of my favorites are:

    St. Stefanus Blonde Ale
    Ayinger Marzen / Oktoberfest
    New Goose Island caps with the art deco look to them
    New Belgium Winter Caps (white, blue and red - no longer used?)
    Shiner Heart cap (state of TX with a heart over Shiner, TX - few years old)
    Sierra Nevada Bigfoot caps
    Natty Green

    That stuff could knock a skinny teenager (like I was) on his ass (and did)! I still have the cap (and hangover) from when a couple of buddies and I drank them on the firing range at old Fort Ord in Monterey while dodging MP's spotlights! Mostly, though, the rebus caps that were around here were from Lucky Lager, Brown Derby or Ballantine Ale.

    Amazing! my Private Stock experience was in Florida and yours was the opposite coast. Before I left home to join the Marine Corps my friends bought a keg of it for a send off. I heard I had fun. LOL
