While the prices aren't always great, it seems like we do okay in the Pittsburgh area in terms of brewery availability. Would obviously love to have access to stuff that has extremely limited distro (Three Floyd, Surly, etc), I think the one that is available on the other side of my state that I wish was here is Firestone Walker. Had their Double Jack on tap and would love to try their other offerings.

Allagash, 1 time I saw a few bottles around here and that was it. Haven't seen them again ANYWHERE.

South Carolina has come a long way in the past few years so to say that "I want more" sounds like I'm not greatful for the massive changes that have happened. I am very much greatful

However, since I opened my mouth by starting a response to this post, I submit the following "realistic" additions (I mean realistic 'cause I'd like to have Hill Farmstead, etc. but they are not at that same output level).

If Russian River, Cigar City, The Bruery and Three Floyds were available in SC, I'd be even more happy than I already am.

Deschutes and Firestone Walker would be my next tier.

Guess I'll have to keep traveling and start trading again..

    Because you get New Glarus.

You can have one or the other, but not both. That's just not fair to the rest of the country.

Surly. Well I guess it's somewhat distributed in my area now. If I went an hour out of my way I could get it.

Cascade, New Glarus and Logsdon are the first few that come to mind. I'm sure there'd be more if I thought harder.

It'd be a longer list if I were to rattle off breweries that are distributed here, but have various desirable beers that are not.

New Glarus is my number one out of state beer... Although, there is plenty to choose from in Michigan, I cannot complain.
