Now that the summer months are arriving here in the northeast, I love to have a few pilsners in my cooler when I go fishing. Cans are very convenient. My favorites are Pilsner Urquell, Pikeland Pils, and Bitburger.
Someone recently told me that Prima Pils is now being canned. Don't know for sure, but the three I've listed are favorites of mine when outdoors in the summer heat. What do you prefer in cans when it comes to Pilsners?

    Pilsner Urquell

Traditional ones blow these hopped up american versions away. That much hop destroys what a pilsner should be about. It should taste like a Pilsner, not a Pale Ale.

    Pivo is gross.

    Fremont's Hoppy Pils
More widely available and in cans I'd go with Pivo, Pilsner Urquell or Bitburger.

Nice- thanks. I've been getting very fresh bottles up here, so I'm in no rush, but I'll be looking for those cans in another month or so.
