    Festivus Holiday Ale

At least there'll be no grievances about the beer.

I like this list, and I should have added the Lakefront Holiday Spice to my earlier post. That is a very good one!

Thirsty Dog - 12 dogs of Christmas. Have heard their head brewer used to be at GL when Christmas Ale was created. Either way, it's delightful.

A magnum of Anchor Xmas would be a great addition to any holiday party. This year's Jubelale from Deschutes is drinking pretty damn well also.

Its not Christmas in my house without Alpha Klaus. Just released in the pub, so I'm guessing that the bombers will be rolling out shortly. Also, I do like Celebration from SN; seem to always pick up a sixer or two of that for the holly-days.

Great Lakes is not real impressive to me. I favor 12 Dogs of Christmas easily. Not sure if that makes it out to Chicago though.

That'd be nice, but sadly, no.

Anchor Christmas, I just don't get why people like it. I've only had the 2010 and 2011 versions, but they tasted terrible to me. I gave them both more than one try and same result. Reminded me of a bitters n' soda with a little cinnamon. Yuk!
