Since we already have threads for IPA's and porters - might as well toss one up for the style that we might actually do better than anyone else. At least here in the US.
What are your favorites and would you describe them as traditional (aka. saccharomyces or "sac") or are they wild and/or spontaneous?

Casey Saison - wild (and partially spon)
Funkwerks Saison & Tropic King - sac
    Crooked Stave Surette - wild
Ratio Dear You - sac - maybe not everyone's favorite, but I like it

EDIT: And all the fruited variants of the above are awesome. Ratio has done a Blood Orange Dear You that's solid too, and heard good things about Funkwerks Pear Saison

Casey Saison & Funkwerks Tropic King fan here.

Has anyone cracked an Arlo yet? I have one in waiting.

I'm a big fan of any/all of the Casey Saisons, which are in the wild spectrum.
At least a few of TRVE's mixed fermentation beers have a saison base and I definitely dig all of those.
I know they have a "controversial" reputation, but I really like Trinity's Saison Man. It's using at least 15% brett and is aged in chardonnay barrels.
I love Funkwerks Saison and Tropic King which are sac, although they dabble in things like brett versions.
Freedom Fries from Call to Arms is a great sac Saison.
I like Ratio Dear You, too. Very citric.
Tried Cerebral's Troll Hunter last night and enjoyed it a lot. It's using a Scandinavian yeast strain, although it's what I'd call mostly traditional.

Thanks @Domingo , this thread is sorely needed. Look forward to following it!

Favorites would probably be GD Colette and Funkwerks Saison.

    EDIT:
    Arlo is fantastic!

I really dig Soleil Saison from 12 Degree in Louisville as well as some other saisons they have. They do good stuff on the Belgian front.

    Funkwerks of course.

Recently tried a few different beers from Briar Common. Very impressed by their Saison.

    Funkwerks Saison is my favorite.

TRVE has brewed some great ones. Possession was fantastic, Melissa is great, their grisette was awesome.

Just had TRVE's Ancient Bole, holy cow this thing is awesome, dry hopped with El Dorado just adds even more citrus notes, highly recommend.

They did bottle it, but stores are probably near the tail end of their stash.

A few of my favorites include The Post's Achtertuin Seizoen, Sanitas Brewing Saison (which is in cans), Great Divide Colette, Ratio Dear You, and Trinity Brewing (love em or hate em), which makes a great no-frills saison called One Ear.

Casey is really in a world of its own here IMO.

Baere's Saison is pretty tasty as well (won GABF medal this year, in what I'd argue is a very tough category). They're now bottling it too.

Do we get to count Sofie if any of it is brewed at the Budweiser brewery in Fort Collins?

Funkwerks for me. Traditional. None of that sour nonsense.
