60 Minute, Aprihop, and the sadly deceased Squall are/were the stars of their lineup.

Oldeschool is just awesome. 120 min, aged or not age is great. And wws aged for at least 2.5 years is great.

DFH is my 2nd favorite brewery next to Unibroue. I dig the way they go "outside the box" in their brews.
    My Favs:
    Pangea
    Namaste
    60min
    Immort
    Ta Henket

I don't know so many beer fans scoff at DFH. Maybe they really don't like their beers, but I have an hunch that several disapprove simply because their beers are, in many cases, so easy to get. At any rate, while I found a few DFH beers to be quite average, there were a couple that really impressed me...

    Indian Brown Ale
    World Wide Stout
    Palo Santo Maron
    Festina Peche

I've never had them, but someday I hope to try Immort-Ale, Old School Barleywine, and Bitch's Brew (which is probably a much better beer than Miles Davis was a human being).

Definately, top two are Burton Baton and Squall IPA. But the special releases I think are great, Chateau Jihau, Pearl Jam, Hell Hound on my Ale. I mean their beers are tasty Ill enjoy one or two every now and then but definately not my favorite brewery. Now Great Divide theres a brewery I absolutely love!

My Antonia is in my bottom 3 DFH brews, just goes once again to show how different tastes can be.

I know a lot of people did not really dig it but I really liked Hellhound. Second would probably be Aprihops.

I don't know from experience, but I know 120 and WWS are considered good for cellaring. 120 is a polarizing one. I have a 2010 WWS I'm thinking of opening in a few months. Maybe pick up another to age for another year. I've heard Palo Santo ages well also.

120 randled thru cascade by far wow
    75 cask

What I love about DFH is, for me, I have never had a problem getting any of their beer. Even their special releases ae good distribution.

I would say anything other than the IPAs, brown ales, pilsners, sah'tea. I recently had an Aprihop from last year and it was better than I remembered, the fruit really came to life and the hops still standing strong. I wouldn't intentionally age it though.

Life and Limb, bitches brew, and WWS are three I am trying to build some verticals of and drink at a later time.

This was in to question of which to cellar....

    Palo Santo for me.
Chateau Jiahu for my wife (it's her favorite beer of any kind/brewery)

I'm also a huge fan of...

Squall (and I don't generally like IPAs)
    Bitches Brew
    WWS

I'd love to find some Olde School and 120 (just to try it) but for some reason it doesn't make it out here to San Diego while Bitches Brew and Squall did. I bought the WWS online after looking everywhere for it.

Like I said, I am not a hop head and generally don't like IPAs but Burton Baton was also very solid IMO. Maybe it's the Old Ale aspect of it, who knows.

I'm also curious about the 75 with the addition of the maple syrup...maybe there will be some stuff available when I get home in May. We shall see.

I haven't tried any of their IPA's, the style to which they are most known for but enjoy many of their other offerings, tops being Chicory Stout, followed by Indian Brown and the slick sweet grape of Midas Touch.

As much as I love everything that Dogfish has down, and though I have not tried all of their offerings, I was let down by this. I felt as though the Redbridge had some I was looking for rather then the Tweason'ale. But surprising my beer buddy loved it and enjoyed it as well as the Midas Touch. But still love Dogfish! :grinning:

Noble Rot to me was like the best light beer with white wine notes. Very refreshing! I enjoyed it as it made me feel like I was having wine, but not quite! I have not had the other three but I am also willing and want to try!
