Also, noticed that Sip of Sunshine which is listed here as a DIPA, however nowhere on the can I just drank does it call itself a DIPA. Which means most people are wrong to list that one or are they? Its all about semantics man. Jai Alai which you had to go out of your way to point out is only .2 of a point from being 8% (is that the line of demarcation for a DIPA vs IPA?) Once again no need to be that guy!

Jai Alai is 7.5%. .5% away. There is no definitive line between IPA and DIPA. It's whatever the brewery wants it to be. I'd also argue that SoS is a DIPA since Double Sunshine is the same ABV, and it's clearly labelled a DIPA. Sucks, which I've seen at 8% and 7.85% is always labelled a DIPA. I'm not sure what you're getting at here. I'm simply pointing out that your answer to OP's question was inaccurate since they were looking for DIPAs specifically.

Wrong! I have a can of SoS in my hand nowhere on the can does it say it's a DIPA.\

Pretty damn tasty, super fresh. Of course I was extremely drunk when I consumed it post festival...so...grains of salt and everything.

Read again. Double Sunshine is labelled a DIPA. It is the same ABV.

Do you have reading comprehension issues? DOUBLE SUNSHINE is a DIPA and is the same ABV as SoS. I can't make it any clearer than that.

Are they still canning this and it's hitting shelves in PA? It ain't readily available in NJ at all. We only had one release in NJ and it's not coming back til June or July I was told. I figured it'd be the same deal with cans in PA but what do I know. I haven't seen it in trading either so I guess that was the main support for my theory.
