    Brewpub: Lazersnake.

I've been drinking it every time I've gone to the brewpub over the last couple of months. Otherwise, with distro it's the usual suspects: Permanent Funeral, Zombie Dust, Apocalypse Cow, Arctic Panzer, Dreadnaught.

I'll throw Pear Bear in, if you can find one...

I had my first Alpha King 14 years ago and that was a wake-up call. Robert the Bruce is a solid brew, one of the best of its style, and if I see a Dreadnaught I'm buying it.

ZD is by far my favorite FFF beer, but getting it is blind luck for me because I don't wait in line or go out of my way to get it.

Permanent Funeral is great stuff, but I don't see it much more often than ZD. Dreadnaught IPA is almost as good, and more easily available.

Most Three Floyds is top notch, in my book, but I do not drink it that often because I am not willing to chase it.

Permanent Funeral is probably my favorite but I'll also say that Hopped in Half might be the best pilsner I've ever had. I'll never say no to Gumballhead or Zombie Dust. I thought Pear Bear was great. In fact I think I've liked every sour I've had from 3F. Oh and Calumet Queen is a very good Kolsch.

Agreed. Lazersnake is delicious, had a nice tropical hop feel. I would also add fresh Alpha King to that list.

Platform Speed Merchant (esp on draft)
    Brew Kettle White Rajah
    Any Fat Heads IPA
I hear Hoof Hearted makes some mean brews.

Not saying that they're better, but equally deserving of hype and recognition.

Thanks. I had some White Rajah, and I'd have to agree - that was fantastic. I did have one Hoof Hearted (can't recall which one) and it didn't make a huge impression on me either way.

Back to the original question, I might have to say Zombie Dust for now. I actually haven't had much 3F stuff lately, so maybe I need to get back into them - I always liked most of their stuff but just veered away from it in the past year or so.

PF is my favorite. I have to parrot the love for Hopped In Half as well, hope it's around this summer.

Since Kentucky usually gets most of their offerings (permanent funeral excluded), I have to say that zombie dust lives up to the hype. BUT my favorite beer from them is apocolypse cow. That beer is one of my favorite DIPAs. It is creamy and citrus. Reminds me of a creamsicle! Hopefully one of these days I can get permanent funeral!

    Permanent Funeral and apocolypse cow.

~not that anyone is asking, but by far the worst FFF beer (and probably the worst beer I ever had) is Tiberian Inquisitor.

(sorry that name just seems like it needs to be capitalized)

In light of all the shitty metal band/beer collaborations recently, it was nice to finally have one that blew me away. Cannibal Corpse and FFF are both masters at what they do and this beer is the perfect representation of the passion these guys have for their craft.

Zd is awesome, but I love Dreadnaught. Also, Attica (I think) was a collab beer a few years back and was top notch.

Also thought wigsplitter was incredible. Don't get all the love for perm funeral. Just ok to me.

ZD and Dreadnaught pretty easily for me. Permanent Funeral and Blot Out the Sun are also solid. It's probably not in my top 5, but I love that I can get Alpha King pretty much any time that I walk into a liquor store nowadays.

No contest for me: Permanent Funeral is one of my all-time favorite beers.

Permanent Funeral is far above all the other hoppy offerings, in my opinion. I did love the Anicca collab with Half Acre a lot. Blot out the Sun is great. The Cognac Barrel Blot Out the Sun was among the best beers I have had in the past year. Really hope they bottle that.
