My vote goes toward Mountain High IPA from Weed, CA. The Toffee-like nuttyness from the hempseed really rounds out the Westcoast hop notes, & masks the 7% ABV. It also adds an "Umami" element to the mouthfeel of the beer as a whole. Great balance & supreme drinkability. Anyone else?
you mean Dubhe by Uinta brewing? or is there really another hemp black IPA named Dubhe? I picked up a four pack of the Uinta, a little pricey, but it was pretty good and I'm not a big fan of black IPAs.
I've had Humboldt Brown from the tap. It was alright, but I probably won't be seeking it out again. I really wanted to like it, too.
