A store near where I work has the SA Winter Packs for $14.49. I've bought 3 so far. Delicious beers and can't beat the value!

For some reason, this sounds incredible right now. Maybe I'm hungry.

SN Celebration is the first that comes to mind. I tend to drink more Ayinger Celebrator in the colder months too.

I've got a supplier at work who always buys me a box of Stella Artois (green bottles, natch). This all started back in the day before I got into better beer and they asked me what my favourite beer was, I just blurted 'Stella' as I was on the spot. Now I really look forward to a box of Stella to put in the freezer to drink as and when required over Xmas and New Years. Can't be bothered to update my preferences; Xmas is always about enduring or enjoying these little 'traditions' and remembering the origins of them and appreciating it. Also, cans of Guinness remind me of Xmas day at my Grandma / Grandad's house, with inappropriate cans of beer handed out to 13 year old me.

    TLDR: Xmas justifies cheapo beer.

It's not made just for the holidays, but I would have to go with Prarie Bomb. The overall sweetness and the heat from the alcohol just remind me of the holidays for some reason. Though they do make a Christmas Bomb as well. I bought a bottle and plan on trying it soon

It is amazing. I bought a case of it. I'm a bit ashamed and probably won't be able to drink it all and I hear you aren't really supposed to age it. But oh well, I'll find a way. Lol

after being aged about 3 years, the alcohol burn of the fresh stuff is totally mellowed out too. drinks more like a "normal" beer.

I agree with the Samichlaus. And the Ayinger Celebrator.

Also, Anchor's Christmas Ale and BBC (Berkshire Brewing)'s Holidale are both great winter warmers.

    - St. Bernardus Christmas
    - DFH Pennsylvania Tuxedo (I don't care if it's bad it tastes like fucking Christmas trees!)
    - La Dragonne by BFM if you can find it, it's worth the novelty and I actually like it

And for Christmas day, crack open an A Deal With The Devil

St. Bernardus Christmas Ale is one of my favorite beers in the quad/strong dark category, so I would have to say that.

Also I live in Richmond, Virginia and got my allotment of Bourbon GBS this morning, so...

I second this opinion! I have one of these specifically marked to open with my father on Christmas.
