AArdwolf made a brett Gose that was divine:grinning:, then they took the brett out:slight_frown::angry::grimacing:
I don't have a favorite atm sadly, but I would say AArdwolf has the most promise.
pilot beers are interesting at times.
The rest maybe 15 engine, then Pinglehead, Intuition, green room, are ok to decent.

    the rest is swill. IMHO.

Tongue Tickle DIPA from Noble Ale Works. Combines some of my favorite hops: galaxy, simcoe and citra.

Also, naughty sauce from noble. It's a blonde coffee stout.

Wow. Such a simple question but after reading it, then thinking about it, my brain is starting to hurt! :grinning: I realized I'm a wanderer and I don't stay in one place. At one time it was Weyerbacher Double Simcoe. After a couple of years it became Hop Explosion from Fegley's Brew works. Actually I think I used to get that one at Allentown I don't think it was available in Bethlehem back around 2007. Then it was Fegleys (Bethlehem) Steel workers Oatmeal Stout. Now it's Weyerbacher Old Heathen.

I've been trying to get over to Bethlehem and get hold of the Oatmeal stout again (it's been a few years) so the Old Heathen thing may change. But then again Fegley's Insidious is just coming out and I've never had it so again.....change?

    Sorry...I tried. Now I need a nap.

Flossmoor Station's Pullman Brown Ale. Though the brewery has had a revolving door of brewmasters over the last six years, this beer continues to be a very good representative of this style.

The Railyard Brewing Company's Alabama Pale Ale would have to be the one.

Let me preface this by saying I haven't tried every beer or even every brewery in Birmingham ( Alabama ) yet, but depending on my mood it's a toss up between Good People's Pale Ale or Avondale's Spring Street Saison. I look forward to trying more and then the difficulty of choosing from more favorites. Why pin myself down to one?

Toss up between NoDa Hop Drop N Roll and Birdsong Higher Ground. Both IPAs, but very different. Love them both and the breweries are literally across a parking lot from one another. Win-win. Birdsong will can Higher Ground by winter time, so I'll be in canned IPA heaven.
