    I dry hopped my homebrewed berliner weisse with Nelson Sauvin, and it's now definitely up there among my favorite hops now.

    It's like asking which is your favorite child....

    Actually, I am very fond of Cascade and Simcoe, of course. I also love Northern Brewer, believe it or not. But a perennial favorite for me, which shows up in lots of my beers where you might not even expect it, is Saaz. I just love the subdued peppery impression.

    Amarillo for me. Gumballhead and Amarillo Brillo by Maumee Bay Brewing are great beers featuring Amarillo hops.

    Well Citra, Nelson, Centennial, and Simcoe are really good too.

    Chinook right now. It pairs well with all the hot new hops. Chinook + citra, my favorite homebrew combo.

    Whatever the 5 hops in NG Moon Man are, followed by...

    Centennial - Two Hearted
    Amarillo - Ballistic IPA (Ale Asylum)
    Citra - Pseudo Sue (Toppling Goliath), Bedlam (Ale Asylum)

    Using only whole cone Horizon has been working really well for hombrewed Pale ales and IPA's.

    My favorite California IPA is Alpine Nelson, so Nelson Sauvin.
