It does have many things going on, I don't get the Blueberry that some do, but I like it.

somewhat off topic, but Im guessing you'll know

awhile back I was looking for online lhbs that sold new unnamed experimental hops, and I cannot recall the ones I found, at least one had 9-10 new unnamed varieties including the infamous chocolate hop, any pointers my googlefu is failing me.....

Citra - The current king for single hop beers
    Challenger - excellent all round
EKG - love the delicate yet complex aroma
Centennial- first american hop I ever used, I still remember opening up the packet and thinking WTF?? in a good way.

Not a fan of fuggles, every time I've bought them I've been dissapointed

Two hops not mentioned here that I really like:
    (1) First Gold for British bitters (in conjunction with EKG)
    (2) German Hersbruker for continental style pilsners.

Well since this is a quite old resurrected thread, I've since updated on the belma hops. Good for bittering anything pretty much, not particularly good as a late addition for IPAs or PAs or beers where you want crisp, bright hops flavors. Would be good in a stout or in combination with a hop where you wanted a subdued, earthy flavor. Does have some fruitiness and quite a bit of earthiness.

    2) Chinook
    3) EKG
    4) Ahtanum
    5) Czech saaz
