    Depending on the style, coffee, vanilla, citrus fruits, and juniper berries or spruce tips.

    Used in a surprising amount of IPAs as an accent.

    Noble hops from Eastern Europe, Willamette, Mt Hood, Crystal from the US or East Kent Goldings from the UK. I haven’t had a beer that advertises using East Kent Gouldings in a long time.

    Nothing provides a more complex flavor profile in a beer than marshmallow. Honorable mention, Oreo cookies.

    I love Crystal hops. I will also say that Fuggles, used appropriately, is a great hop.

    I like Rye in a APA. Lunar Brewing in Villa Park, IL used to do a great one as was Founder's Red Rye.
