    Gotta be a session IPA...
Fat Heads Sunshine Daydream (4.9%) or Stone Go To IPA (4.5%)

Tough to find a quality IPA at 6% or under.

I think my answer is DFH60.

Hmmm I thought I had more 6% or under before looking through my lists and notes :grinning:

I'll have to go with Lagunitas Day Time

I'm not a fan of Founders All Day, but I haven't tried Stone's Go To IPA. Is this available in cans? Or only bottles on the East Coast? For those of you who've sampled All Day and Go To, what do you like more?

No cans, only bottles.. I don't even think Stone cans their beers?? It is (a little steep at) $11 a sixer, but it's an amazing beer for being so low in alcohol. I definitely prefer Go To over All Day by quite a lot.. I know others will disagree. Go To is more of a dank hop bomb compared to All Day, as is Sunshine Daydream (but Fat Heads always kills IPAs).

I prefer the body of All Day, and the hop presence (both flavor and aroma) of Go To. Go To is a tad watery for my taste. I prefer Lagunitas Daytime over both of them.

Thanks everyone. Has anybody seen Hopstache and Easy Jack in the NYC or upstate NY area?

My fingers are crossed that this year's new version of it, "Heavy Lifting" lives up to it.

    Firestone Walker Easy Jack
    Founders All Day
Stone Go To, I like Levitation (dry hopped 4.4% red) more so was very sad to hear it is discontinued :slight_frown:
    Lagunitas Daytime
    Anchor Liberty Ale
    Dogfish Head 60min IPA

    Cheers!

Most IPAs in this country are under 6%. To say there aren't any good ones below this strength is absurd.

Short's is MI only. Easy Jack won't be back for a couple of months, but I have had good luck with Firestone Walker's Beer Finder on their website. Cheers!

Boulevard makes a fine IPA called Pop Up, that clocks in under 4%abw. Coop makes a totally fabulous pale ale called Spare Rib, also at 4% abw. You don't have to be alcohol-centric to be good.

My favorite IPA's are Southern Tier and SN Torpedo... both of which are well over 7%. I guess I didn't realize DFH 60 Minute was 6%, I would have guessed it was higher, but that one is pretty good.

    Zeelander for sure.
    Mid-coast IPA is pretty good
Fresh Squeezed isn't quite low enough, but it drinks like 5% at least
