Have a friend requesting I brew a red and frankly the style isn't for me, so, I don't know where to begin. Anyone have a tried and true red recipe? I am all grain 5 gallon Thanks in advance
IR is one of my favorites and i'm still experimenting with different recipes.If you want a bright red i think just maris otter and roasted barley would work.
