No not what beer looks best when poured but the label and brand as packaged in the 4 pack. I don't normally give this too much thought since 95% of it doesn't stand out one way or another but there are a few exceptions. What are everyone's favorites and ones they don't care for?

I've always like how FFF brand their things but I think my favorite right now and the one that continually gets me is the 2012 BCBS.

I normally do not get caught up in the labels. It is what is inside that really counts. Most home brews from my buddies have no labels. FFF always has very unique labels and the beer inside is always a winner. New Belgium tends to have good labeling. I have always liked the Dead Guy Ale label as well. Currently I am savoring Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and their label is pretty cool as well. The Founders Brewing labels are always interesting.

I think I will just concentrate on evaluating what is inside the bottle and leave the labels to the marketing experts. BTW, my beagle is cat friendly LOL

Yeah I normally couldn't care one way or the other at all. It was the BCBS packaging and bottle label that got me thinking about this. For some reason every time I look at it I think it is awesome all over again.

I'm not sure the labels on their own are appealing. However, I find myself gravitated towards the labels from breweries that I know and love, e.g. Lagunitas.

Having said that, love the simplicity of Maine Beer Co.

I like the look of Narwhal...just looking at the label you kind of know what it's going to taste like

I dont pay much attention, except on the margins. I LOVE the Ralph Steadman labels from Flying Dog. And, for some reason, I think whoever designs the labels for Founder's should be taken out and shot. I live in Michigan and love the beer, but for some reason, their labels actively grate on me.

Bourbon county series, hill farmstead bottles, Russian river, some bruery offerings, black raven, Deschutes limited releases and I'm sure I'm forgetting some but those stand out.

Yeah I don't know what it is about the Founder's stuff but I really dislike it. For the most part it doesn't seem all that bad but for some reason I can't stand their labels. Doesn't stop me from buying some of their best stuff though.

I love the Lost Abbey designs from Port Brewing. Beautiful bottles, beautiful cork and cage, beautiful art work.

I came to say this. Odell's packaging and label art are second to none, in my opinion.

My wife drinks a lot of ciders, and I like how the angry orchard 12 packs slide together to complete the creepy elm tree. Nice advertising.

I really love the design of Expedition Stout's label. Just simple and basic, but it strikes a chord with me for some reason.

Founders Harvest Ale and Backwoods Bastard have great labels and look good in the 4pack. I also like the look of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
