18th Street Brewery Deal With The Devil is listed as an APA, but at 8.5% ABV, it's an APA on PED's. It's as good as Pseudo Sue.

    For real.

Prolly PseudoSue, unless wet hop pales count, in which case the answer is obviously Fremont Cowiche Canyon.

Burning River when I'm looking for a nice balance of malt and hops. SNPA when I want something a little hoppier without going full blown IPA.

Multiple Favs: Mirror Pond, Odell 5 Barrel, Fire Rock. Really liked Full Sail's Pale Ale, wish they still had that all year round.

Beers with a moderate ABV that have been around a long, long time and are available almost everywhere are usually not the center of attention here on BA. The fact that so many people here still talk about how good SNPA is really speaks volume about what an incredible brew it is.

Firestone Walker Pale 31 is quite nice, especially if you can find it fresh.

either galaxy dry hopped or double dry hopped fort point, and I'm not sure it's close. I'd put Dobis from Cellarmaker third and Zombie Dust fourth.

big disclaimer - haven't had pseudo sue.
who's had the dry hopped fort points and pseudo sue? that's the championship game right there (I assume, ha).

Lots of great choices in this category. Maine MO is hands down my favorite, but New England Brewing Galaxy isn't far behind. Also love Victory Harvest Ale, wish I could find it more readily. DC Brau The Public, Cigar City Invasion, and of course Dales have to be in the conversation.

Props to Ba's for the Sierra Nevada love, always respect the classics.
