Only had apricot, really liked it. Sounds like I need to try raspberry.

    Enjoy

Cider is not a fruit beer, and the rest are, frankly, disgustingly sweet and undrinkable.

Strawberry was awesome, Raspberry was very good as well...they do such a great job of blending so both tastes come through...I like to taste the beer and they nail it!

I'm still waiting to try some as I've heard the Cherry was excellent. Unlike the Sam Smith regulars that are priced around $4 a pint, the organic fruit serise seems to be priced kinda high when I've checked at around $6.99 a pint (for a 5% beer). A bit steep for a bottle and kinda pricy even for a pub pint. I still may cave, because Samuel Smith can't do no wrong IMO.

I haven't tried the ales, but if you're a cider drinker, avoid the Samuel Smith's.

I like the Raspberry, Cherry slightly less so, Strawberry was faint and middling, and found Apricot to be absolutely disgusting. Surprised by all of the positive reviews for the Apricot on here, wondering if maybe I had a bad bottle?

Maybe, maybe not. Several people loathe the Apricot here. If you thought it was too sweet, then you may have had a decent example and simply not liked it. If, however, you had something that didn't taste like apricots, and your complaint was that it was bad for some other reason (e.g., it tasted like wet cardboard), you might give it another try.

At $6-7 a bottle, it isn't a huge investment, but I'd tread carefully.

Cherry, but I prefer cherry flavors over all others.

I've had the organic cider (quite good) and the Strawberry ale. The Strawberry is surprisingly strong, and *very* sweet. The big strawberry rush has a real novelty factor when you first try it, and it definitely had me going "wow" at first sips. About 1/2way through the bottle, however, it just became almost cloyingly sweet/syrupy, to the point where I really didn't feel like finishing it (and indeed, didn't). I think it'd be a good choice for splitting 4-way amongst friends, but especially since it's only available in the larger 550ml bottle it's simply too much for a single sitting for one person. Sounds like the raspberry is less sweet, per the previous reviews -- I might give that one a try if i come across it. Big fan of SS overall, as I love their nut brown ale, pale ale, and taddy porter. Their IPA is actually one of their weaker offerings, IMO.

Strawberry. A buddy of mine described it was strawberry jam on buttered toast and I found him to be exactly right. I second the previous post about adding Chocolate to this thread.

Sounds like I need to try the apricot and raspberry. Is that similar to rubeaus?
