Favorite Short's Brews?

There are an extremely limited amount of cases that recetly went out from the original batch--we didn't have the room at our pub to house them all. I believe this will be it as far as the distibution goes.

 

Because it's the same batch as the bottles that were released at their Anniversary party back in April. I didn't care for it at all when I tried it in June. Already tasted like a barleywine.

 

Thanks, hopefully this will return next year so I can it again when the hops are more predominant.

 

I had it on draft fresh and disliked it.

 

I have to change up my top 5 since I have tried a few more Short's beers:

I would love a case of Aorta right now.

 

bummed its not being bottled next year, who knows maybe it will make the next sampler pack.

 

I had The Curl not too long ago. I enjoyed it; it was crisp and refreshing.

The Wizard--where's it at? Had a bottle two years ago at HopCat. Aorta and Kolsch would be nice too.

 

Bourbon Huma was awesome. Had that at the Pyramid Scheme last year.

 

I was up there this summer and I would kill to get some more of their Sagejuana and Hazy Daze!!! That sage...sooooo good

 

Sagejuana is probably the second worst Shorts beer I've ever had (and I've had a ton). The Gambler is by far their worst brew.

Black Diamond Lager (I just had this last night and it's actually one of my favorite easy drinkers)



As for BA Cup of Joe - I'd imagine it'd be more difficult to pull off because its a milk stout.

I had Black Diamond last night. Holy.... Anyways, most of my favorites are BA.

 

All we seem to get here in the UP is the hop heavy ones they do which for me sucks since I hate heavy hop taste to my beer, wish we got the new sample pack but does not seem to be showing up anywhere. I will say the good human tasted like weed, I cracked it open and then passed it around to confirm my thoughts, everyone agreed it smelled like a rock concert.
