    Any NEBCO single hop release--Coriolis (Nelson), Supernaut (Mosaic), FBD (Citra), and Galaxy. Of course Locust Reign if Double Galaxy counts!

    Schlafly TIPA is brewed with both Galaxy and Topaz hops.


    Mine is without question Founders Red's Rye, which has been 100% amarillo for a few years now. Cheers! :slight_smile:

    I had a Yellow Rose from Lone Pint yesterday and was floored by how dynamic the mosaic hops in it are. if you can get your hands on one of those, do it. That gets my vote right now for sure.

    I'm actually not a huge single-hop drinker. I prefer the unique and interesting combinations of proper blending.

    But, I would have to say Brewmaster Mike's Hop Essence Series:Galaxy. It blew me away
