Favorite SINGLE hopped IPA

I have had two all-topaz beers (Schlafly 23rd Anniversary Ale topaz IIPA and Alpha Topaz Pale Ale) and feel confident in saying that Galaxy and Topaz have similar flavors. Based on those beers, Topaz is a little bit danker and greener/earthy by my palate. Cheers!

 

I had the Anniversary Topaz too, its got that Earthy/Peach flavor that I dig. I just wished they would've turned down the Booze a bit. Yet it was balanced for a 10% IIIPA! Damn balanced!

Recently tried yellow rose and it was awesome

 

I too wished it was a quaffable 8-9% rather than a huge boozy sipper, but I was not close to complaining!

 

Me neither! I might pick up another bottle. For ABV and Fluid ounce it's at a great price.

 

4 Hands Resurrected single hopped with Mosaic. I believe that it's single hopped but have never been able to confirm.

 

Two Hearted. I consider it sessionable even at 7%.

This one that I had earlier today for WBAYDN. They are killing it with this line of beers.

Flying Dog HBC-431

 

Just picked up HBC-431 tonight. Can't wait to try it out.

I wish they would come down a little in their ABV though with the single hop series. 10% is pretty killer and 12 oz is almost too much for me to enjoy all the way through. 8-8.5% would be dialed in nicely IMO.

 

Sierra Nevada Harvest good single hopped beer.
