If we're counting Zombie Dust, then yes.

Pipeworks Citra as well. Those dudes can make some beer.

Yellow Rose, I also enjoy Mikkeller Mosaic Imperial India Pale Ale when I find it, I think it is single hopped

    Founders Centennial
    2xOne
    Tryptich Mosaic (local)

I'm not sure if Alpha King from Three Floyds is all centennial, but it tastes like it to me and I love it.

What!?! No mention of Sierra Nevada Wild IPA solely hopped with Neo-Mexicanus hops!?!

    That beer was very unique!!

Founders Centennial is not all centennial, as far as I can tell it has Warrior for bittering.

Pseudo Sue is the best if you like Citra, which I do.

If Permanent Funeral is single-hopped, that's my vote. Otherwise Beer Hates Astronauts.

Two Hearted for me as well.

That said, if Zombie Dust counts (and it should imo), I'm also going to throw Russian River's Row 2 Hill 56 into the ring. It's about as on the IPA border as possible without crossing over, and is in my opinion the best use of solely Simcoe hops that I've encountered.

Mikkeller Simcoe was the first single hop that really left an impression on me. Subsequent Simcoe only beers haven't measured up. Last year or so I've been praising the name of Citra Ass Down from Extra Billy's here locally. Honestly haven't' a clue if it's single hopped or not, but with a name like "Citra Ass Down" I'd like to think that it is.

If it beers currently available, probably would say Founders Centennial.

If it just needed to exist at one point, Super Friends IPA
