I usually prefer the "sipper styles" so my complete list would be way too long. My absolute favorite "sipper" is one that I will likely never get the chance to try again! I nursed this one for a long time:

Birrificio Le Baladin X Fume 2006 Riserva Teo Musso
14% ABV "English" barleywine infused with smoked Lapsang Suochong tea; brewed in 2006, bottled in 2008, properly cellared after purchase and until consumption December 2014. WOW! Probably best "beer" I've ever had. Very much like a fine 20 yo tawny port.

I drink pretty slow, so most beers take me twenty minutes anyway. But I do have some that are intentionally sipped.

Backwoods Bastard...I like how the flavor so change as it warms up.

Palo Santo...just because. Seems it deserves to be sipped somehow.

Allagash Curieux...because I don't want it to end.

Lots of Barelywines, but Burton Baton comes to mind. Not your typical ipa. It is different at every stop. I notice a Dogfish Head theme here btw

Pretty much any stout out there - barrel aged or not. I like to linger over my beer and enjoy things deliberately.

    FBS
    Ten FIDY
    Oak Aged Yeti
    Peche Mortel
    Stone IRS

A favorite favorite, though? Any time I land a bottle of ST Choklat - that is a pint that is very much savored.

The bourbon barrel smoking wood is great. So many layers to that beer, especially after its been aged for about a year so the heat dies down a little bit
